Customer Service Professional

Department: Front of House Operations
Location: La Plata, MD

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Entry-Level Customer Service Professional for our front of house team. This position involves order taking, bagging, creating beverages, and delivering guest orders, all while embodying the spirit of hospitality in every interaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong dedication to exceptional customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. As a vital part of our customer service team, you will actively contribute to creating a welcoming and positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy.
- Bag orders efficiently for customer takeaway.
- Prepare beverages according to specified recipes.
- Deliver guest orders promptly and with a friendly demeanor.
- Infuse hospitality into every aspect of customer interaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide product information and assist customers with their orders.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
- Continuously enhance customer service processes to elevate the overall guest experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
- Meet individual and team performance targets and metrics.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is welcomed but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
