Customer Service Professional

Department: Front of House Operations
Location: La Plata, MD

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Professional who is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. As part of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders.
- Proactively engage with customers to uncover their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Meet individual and team performance targets and metrics

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
